What happens at a health check?
We test every camera, recording and playback, the hard drive, alarm sensors and batteries, door hardware and backup power. We update firmware, clean and re-aim cameras, and give you a short report.
How often should my system be serviced?
At least once a year for homes. Businesses and strata buildings usually choose every six months, as their systems work harder.
Do you service systems you didn’t install?
Yes. We service most Hikvision, HiLook, Dahua, Ness and Hills systems, plus many other common brands.
What if something breaks between visits?
Plan customers get priority call-outs. Any parts needed are quoted before we replace them.
Why do CCTV hard drives fail?
They record around the clock, so they wear out like any hard-working part. We test drive health at every visit and replace it before it fails.
